• Patient Ratios - 4 to 5 cases per team

• On Call Requirement - 4 to 5 Call Days at MCAL

• Floating Requirement - Share staff between Surgical Hospital and Alliance campus

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• RN Circulator who can position patient on hospital bed, prep, position for surgery and monitor all equipment

• CST who can perform Ortho, Plastics and Podiatry

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• At least 3 years of experience for Circulators and CSTs

• Not requesting time off

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Total joints, hip replacement, Tibia and Fibula surgeries, ankles and feet, mid foot joints

• Plastics, breast reduction and expansions, Robotic XI and DV5 and Breast reconstruction - Diep Flats
