ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER (HEALTHCARE)

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Project Manager in Charleston, South Carolina.

Electrical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager in Charleston, SC is between $100,000 and $130,000.

Electrical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage projects and teams from qualification through closeout.
• Prepare execution plans for each stage of the project.
• Collaborate with superintendent and other field personnel to ensure project is on schedule.
• Manage financials, approve invoices, and track budget variances.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Negotiate/estimate change-orders.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Mentor other project managers

Electrical Project Manager Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience managing electrical healthcare projects.
• Must have a stable work history.
• Proficient with Accubid, working well and navigating through BIM, estimation, OneNote, PlanGrid.
• Ability to be innovative and think outside of the box.
• Ability to take ownership and work well as a team.

Preferred but Not Necessary

• Journeyman License or Degree
