Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and mechanical industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Human Resources Generalist - Bradenton, Florida.

Human Resources Generalist Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Human Resources Generalist in Bradenton, Florida is between $85,000 and $110,000 depending on experience and presentation in interviews, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Human Resources Generalist Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding process for terminations
• Benefit Questions/Explanations
• Open Enrollment Meetings
• Background Checks
• Payroll Paperwork (wage change, position change, termination, etc.)
• Workers Comp – meeting with employees and their managers to discuss recent workplace incidents and help determine plan of action going forward
• Promote HR policies, procedures and company guidelines making sure employees adhere to company standards and laws
• Working closely with executive leadership to support and help drive their vision
• Translator for company both verbal and written
• Support Launch Graduation (Coordinator breakfasts, etc.)
• Shirt distribution
• Manage tenure boards and gifts
• Work with Director of Employee Engagement on all local meetings/events
• Maintain employee files for geographic location
• Working with leadership and addressing employee issues on an as needed basis
• This role will not own recruiting; however, we expect individuals to actively support our recruiting efforts by leveraging their local network, identifying strong talent, making introductions/referrals when they encounter people who could be great fit for RT Moore
• Support leadership development by partnering with leaders, providing feedback, and helping strengthen leadership capability across the organization
• Any employee related duties assigned by CHRO or Bradenton Senior Operations Leadership

 

Human Resources Generalist Qualifications

• Knowledge of tasks and responsibilities

• Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
• Computer skills capable of utilizing all RTMC data tools and software (UKG preferred but not required)

• Bi-lingual required (English Spanish)
