Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Director of Operations in Houston, Texas.

Electrical Director of Operations Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Director of Operations in Houston, Texas between $225,000 and $275,000.

Electrical Director of Operations Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight over operations departments:  Scheduling, Warehouse, Prefab, Safety, BIM/VDC.  
• Collaborate with project management and executive leadership to executive operational initiatives.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and profitability.

• Establish department goals, KPI's, and accountability measures.
• Work with project management team for forecasting of manpower and staffing needs.
• Analyze operational performance and prepare reports for President / CEO.  
• Maintain accountability for companywide safety performance.  
• Collaborate with field leadership, project management and executive team to proactively mitigate operational and jobsite risks.  

Electrical Director of Operations Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership with an Electrical Contractor.  
• Proven leadership and success managing operational departments. 
• Strong understanding of electrical construction operations, scheduling, BIM/VDC coordination, warehouse logistics and prefabrication processes.  
• Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling platforms, BIM technologies and ERP Systems.
