Electrical Service Estimator Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Service Estimator in Las Vegas, Nevada is between $90,000 and $125,000.

Electrical Service Estimator Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing an accurate estimate of costs and timing of work, citing all risks and issues that come from the specifications and drawings.
• Partner with the Project Management team to ensure the estimate is consistent with the client’s intent and the foremen’s method of execution.
• Participate in fully engineered estimates up to $5M.  Have experience in conceptual estimating up to $1M.  
• Ensure estimates include appropriate scopes..
• Responsible for detailed cost estimates, identify deficiencies, develop RFI's to clear up any inconsistencies.  
• Review takeoffs.  Review contract documents and determine if a change order is warranted.    

Electrical Service Estimator Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estimating in Electrical Construction.
• Project experience within hotels, high-end retail, or data center.
• Must have Estimating experience within Accubid
• Strong understanding of NECA Standards and other construction standards, depending on the type of project.Preferred but Not Necessary
