Material Handler/Warehouse

Employment Solutions is hiring a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rocky Hill, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Rocky Hill, CT
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pack, unpack, load, and unload materials.
• Pick and issue stock, prepare material kits for production jobs, and deliver materials to the appropriate work areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or one year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
