Warehouse/Material Handler – Leland, NC
Pay: $17–$18/hr
Schedule:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday – Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Material Handler to support receiving, stocking, and transferring materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires forklift operation and involves assisting with inventory, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, count, and inspect incoming materials; document discrepancies.

Transfer materials within SAP from the Main Warehouse to Production.

Load and unload trucks and move products using forklifts, overhead crane, and pallet trucks.

Stock materials safely in designated areas and assist with cycle counts.

Support daily 6S initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3 months of warehouse or material-handling experience.

Forklift certification and experience required (reach forklift, stand-up counterbalance).

Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages).

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication skills.
