• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 19 patients per day
• Outpatient family practice setting
• Admin time built in -- AM, PM, and end-of-day slots
• Patient ages 2 - 5 and up
• Minor derm procedures or joint injections preferred
• Comfort with prescribing buprenorphine/suboxone preferred
• Hospital privileges required

70.00 to 90.00 - hourly
