Job Description
Join an inpatient respiratory therapy team in Cheyenne, Wyoming, for a 13-week contract featuring 12-hour night shifts. You will support adult, pediatric, and lower-acuity neonatal patients across inpatient areas, including ICU, emergency, and pediatric floors. Responsibilities include administering inhaled treatments, managing ventilated patients, drawing ABGs using EPOC after competency training, performing EKGs as needed, assisting with intubations and bronchoscopies, and supporting transports. The first treatment round is typically the busiest, so expect the shift to start at a brisk pace before assignments adjust throughout the day. Therapists may assist throughout the hospital, with every-other-weekend coverage and no required holiday coverage.
