The unit uses telemetry, continuous pulse oximetry, IV pumps, feeding pumps, PCA equipment, EKG machines, bladder scanners, and iMobile communication technology, with documentation completed in Meditech. Expect three 12-hour shifts per week, including scheduled weekend coverage and potential floating based on unit needs. Navy scrubs, an active RN license, and BLS certification are required.
