Job Description

Join a travel nursing assignment in Summit, New Jersey, as a Pre-Admission Testing RN supporting patients throughout the perioperative process. Working 12-hour night shifts, you will complete thorough assessments across the lifespan, review testing orders for accuracy and completeness, provide pre-operative and post-operative education, and document patient progress and instructions clearly. You will also support surgical patients by recognizing procedure- and anesthesia-related needs, prioritizing care as conditions change, following safety protocols, and contributing to coordinated perioperative care. This 8-week contract offers the opportunity to bring your assessment and clinical expertise to a focused surgical setting—where your careful preparation helps set every procedure up for success.
