Job Description:
This travel contract is for a Registered Nurse with at least one year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience. You will care for adults in an acute behavioral health setting, leading nursing groups, completing assessments, supporting crisis de-escalation, addressing medical needs, and administering medications. The RN is expected to remain actively involved on the unit and participate directly in treatment. Charge relief experience is preferred, as travelers may help support unit operations and scheduling needs. The assignment includes 12-hour night shifts and offers the opportunity to help establish a newly developed behavioral health unit.
