Job Description:
Support discharge planning and coordinate care for acute hospital patients as a travel Case Manager Registered Nurse in Clinton, Maryland. This assignment includes managing a caseload of up to 20 patients per day, collaborating across medical units, ICU/CCU, and Maternal Child services, and working with patients from a range of acute-care specialties. The schedule consists primarily of 8-hour day shifts, with every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
