Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Provide quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.

• Assist with the general operation of the therapy department.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy programs.

• Support positive patient outcomes through compassionate, collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies from an accredited program.

• Current Texas PTA license or eligibility to obtain state licensure.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A patient-centered approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
