CRNA Job Requirements

• Current CRNA credential
• Current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• At least 3 years of experience in anesthesia, critical care, ER, recovery, or surgical settings
• Experience in an ambulatory surgery center or similar fast-paced surgical environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with physicians and clinical teams
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgical procedures
• Manage airway interventions and respond to anesthesia-related needs
• Support patient recovery and provide post-anesthesia monitoring
• Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent clinical situations
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient care
• Follow all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards
