Job Description:
This travel contract is an opportunity for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to support personalized birth experiences in a women’s services setting. You will care for laboring patients, support patient birth preferences, promote vaginal birth when appropriate, and assist with circulating in the operating room. The assignment includes experience with IUPC, FSE, magnesium sulfate, postpartum hemorrhage response using the JADA system, and nitrous oxide. A laborist model, in-house midwife and CRNA coverage, OB call support, and dedicated neonatal practitioner availability provide a strong structure for high-risk deliveries. Spinning Babies and STABLE experience are helpful.
