Shipping & Delivery Specialist

Shipping and Delivery Specialist Job Summary Hiring a Shipping and Delivery Specialist in North Salt Lake, paying $21-$24 per hour, for a consistent Monday-Friday day shift. This is not a typical warehouse shipping role — you are the final quality checkpoint before products reach the customer, and your accuracy directly protects the company's reputation and customer relationships. If you take pride in getting it right every time, this role is built for you. What You'll Do 

• Verify every outbound shipment for correct part number, revision level, quantity, packaging, labeling, and customer documentation before it leaves the building
• Generate and review packing slips, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Conformance
• Coordinate outbound shipments through UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, and couriers
• Make local customer deliveries in a company vehicle professionally at every stop
• Enter and maintain accurate shipping transactions in the ERP/MRP system
• Communicate daily with the Production Manager on shipping priorities, customer commitments, and delivery schedules
• Support receiving, inventory labeling, cycle counts, and material staging for production as workload allows
• Follow ISO 9001 and AS9100 procedures and support internal and customer audits as needed

 What You Bring Required 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
• Ability to read and verify work orders, packing slips, Bills of Lading, and customer-specific documentation
• Basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Office, and ERP/MRP systems

 Preferred 

• Experience in cable assembly or wire harness manufacturing
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience
