Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Ogden, UT to lead a skilled warehouse team in a growing, fast-moving operation. This is a Monday through Friday day shift role paying $21.50 per hour — a strong opportunity to build your supervisory career with a company that invests in your growth. What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of Warehouse Associates, assigning daily workloads and managing shift-to-shift operations
- Oversee all receiving, shipping, and storage functions, ensuring every product movement is backed by accurate paperwork
- Conduct daily and monthly inventory counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Monitor forklift and equipment operation to ensure team members follow safety procedures at all times
- Assist with loading and dispatching customer orders
- Determine storage locations for incoming products and maintain an organized, clean, and secure warehouse
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, GMP, and company policy requirements across the team
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and flag issues proactively
- 2+ years of supervisory experience managing a team of 4 or more employees
- 2+ years of warehouse or related operations experience
- Valid, current forklift certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Familiarity with inventory management or instructional software
