Warehouse Lead  Job Summary Join our growing cookie and icing production company as a Warehouse Lead in Pleasant View! Earn $23/hour leading a dynamic team Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM shift. What You'll Do 

• Lead and supervise warehouse team members in daily operations
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping of cookie and icing products
• Ensure proper food safety protocols and temperature control standards
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Train new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate with production teams to coordinate product flow
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment following food industry standards
• Resolve daily operational challenges and escalate issues when needed

 What You Bring Required:

• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

 Preferred:

• Food industry or food warehouse experience
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience with inventory management systems
