Cookie Mixer Swings

Cookie Mixer Land a steady Monday-Friday schedule and $22.50/hr mixing cookies at a food production facility in North Ogden. If you have experience running industrial mixers, this is a straightforward opportunity to put your skills to work with consistent hours and no weekend shifts. What You'll Do 

• Operate industrial mixing equipment to blend cookie dough batches according to production recipes and specifications
• Measure and add ingredients accurately, following formulas to maintain consistent product quality
• Monitor mixer settings including speed, time, and temperature throughout each batch
• Inspect dough for proper consistency and flag any quality issues before batches move to the next stage
• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and your work area following food safety standards
• Maintain production logs and batch records
• Communicate with production team leads to keep the line running on schedule

 What You Bring Required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to follow written recipes and production instructions
• Basic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients

 Preferred

• Previous experience operating industrial mixers in a food production or bakery environment
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or food safety standards
• Experience reading and following batch records or production logs
