Shipping & Fulfillment Associate

Shipping and Fulfillment Associate Start a Monday-Thursday schedule with three-day weekends every week. This Shipping and Fulfillment Associate role in North Salt Lake pays $16.50/hour and puts you on a consistent daytime schedule — no nights, no Fridays. What You'll Do 

• Assemble first aid kits by organizing and packaging medical supplies with care and accuracy
• Pick and pack customer orders for FedEx and UPS shipment
• Verify inventory and label packages before they go out the door
• Use shipping software and a computer to process and track orders
• Organize and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and ready for the next order

 What You Bring Required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the majority of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the day
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
• Reliable attendance and a consistent work ethic

 Preferred

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or assembly
• Familiarity with shipping carriers like FedEx or UPS
• Experience using shipping or order management software
