Food Production Worker – Protein Bar Manufacturing Job Summary We're hiring Food Production Workers at a protein bar manufacturing facility in American Fork, UT — and you could start this week with no experience required. Choose from five Monday–Friday shifts paying $17–$19 per hour, with your paycheck deposited every Friday. What You'll Do 

• Operate and monitor industrial kitchen equipment including mixers, cutters, and enrobers
• Program equipment to run according to company recipes and production standards
• Load raw ingredients into mixers, measuring portions to exact recipe specifications
• Respond to equipment alarms and activate shut-off controls when needed
• Remove finished product from the line and move batches forward to packaging
• Inspect finished bars for correct size, shape, and appearance to meet quality standards
• Clean your workstation, machine parts, and materials during downtime to maintain food safety standards

 What You Bring Required 

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to stand for the full duration of your shift
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. for mixing positions
• Reliable attendance — this team counts on you to show up
• Able to communicate in English or Spanish

 Preferred 

• Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or a commercial kitchen
• Familiarity with food safety or sanitation standards

 Schedule & Shift All shifts run Monday through Friday. Five options available — pick what works for your life. Early Morning — 3:30 AM to 12:00 PMMorning — 5:30 AM to 2:00 PMMid-Day — 11:30 AM to 8:00 PMOvernight — 7:30 PM to 4:00 AMLate Overnight — 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM No client interview required.
