Encapsulation Operator

Encapsulation Operator Job Summary Earn $18–$26/hour as an Encapsulation Operator with a nutraceutical manufacturing company in Ogden, UT. This is a night shift production role where your attention to detail directly impacts product quality — and your experience determines where you land on that pay scale. What You'll Do 

• Operate and monitor encapsulation machinery throughout your shift to meet production targets
• Set up and adjust equipment at the start of runs and between product changeovers
• Inspect in-process products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Complete production logs, batch records, and quality documentation accurately
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting when issues arise
• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures throughout the production environment
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
• Support other production tasks as needed to keep the line running

 What You Bring Required 

• Ability to follow detailed written procedures and production instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work a consistent night shift schedule
• Willingness to work extended hours and Saturdays when business needs require it
• Strong attention to detail in a production or manufacturing setting

 Preferred 

• Previous encapsulation machine operating experience
• Background in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or a similar regulated environment
• Familiarity with GMP documentation and quality standards
