As a production worker, you will perform a variety of general labor jobs in a medical product manufacturing warehouse including assembly, packing, manufacturing, packaging, cleaning, and more. PRODUCTION WORKER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions such as work instructions, quality and safety rules
- Ability to write legibly and complete required paperwork
- Basic mathematical understanding and ability (add and subtract units of measurement)
- Ability to demonstrate good verbal communication skills
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Physically capable of standing on feet for entire 12-hour shift
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 20–35 pounds on a regular basis, with occasional lifting of heavier items as required by the assigned work area.
- Required to wear and properly use all assigned PPE in accordance with company safety procedures and site-specific requirements.
