CNC Operator

CNC Machine Operator Land a steady Monday-Friday schedule and $21.00/hour running CNC equipment for a hands-on manufacturing operation in Salt Lake City. If you have experience setting up and operating CNC machines and want to put your skills to work right away, this is the role for you. What You'll Do 

• Set up and operate CNC machines (AXYZ preferred) to perform drilling, grinding, and milling operations
• Use MultiCam software to program and run production jobs
• Read and translate engineering drawings and mechanical documents into precise production dimensions
• Cut, assemble, and crate ACM (aluminum composite material) panels through the full production cycle
• Inspect machinery daily to verify functionality and catch issues before they affect production
• Identify and communicate logistics or quality problems as they arise during the machining process
• Follow company safety guidelines and operate all mechanical equipment responsibly

 What You Bring Required 

• 3+ years of hands-on CNC machine operator experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical documents
• Solid math skills and comfort working with precise measurements
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch and communicate problems early

 Preferred 

• Experience with AXYZ CNC equipment
• Familiarity with MultiCam software
• Experience with ACM panel installation or assembly
