NOW HIRING: WELDER 🔧Nextaff is hiring Welders for a manufacturing company! Positions are filling quickly, so apply ASAP.📍 Position: WelderThe Welder will be responsible for various welding and fabrication tasks supporting the production and assembly of hollow metal doors and frames.Job Duties:

• Perform MIG welding on thin-gauge steel (12–18 gauge)
• Weld and fabricate hollow metal frames
• Follow customer specifications and job orders
• Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, saws, sanders, and punch equipment
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively
• Push and pull carts up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods
• Perform repetitive bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Work in a moderate-to-loud warehouse environment
• Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Welding experience required
• Must be able to pass a weld test
• Experience with hollow metal frames preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read measurements and convert fractions/decimals
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organization and problem-solving skills
