- Location: Prince Frederick and Waldorf, Maryland
- PRN Dates: Asap - 1 day/week; preferably Thursday, Wednesday is an option.
- Schedule: 8:00am-4:00/4:30pm
- Cases: Interventional Pain Management - Spine and joints
- Nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections
- MAC and IV Conscious Sedation.
- Providers must float to both Prince Frederick & Waldorf locations
