-
Work alongside physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
-
Competitive compensation based on experience
-
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
-
Paid time off from day one
-
Extensive orientation, ongoing education, and professional development

-
Completing comprehensive nursing assessments
-
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
-
Monitoring health status and identifying changes in condition
-
Providing medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions
-
Educating patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, and care plans
-

-
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
-
Current Massachusetts RN license
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
-
At least 1 year of nursing experience (geriatric care, home care, or long-term care preferred)
-
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
-
Comfortable providing care in patients’ homes and working collaboratively across disciplines
If you’re an RN who enjoys working with older adults and wants daytime stability, greater patient connection, and a role focused on keeping people healthy at home, we’d love to connect.
