We partner with healthcare facilities to provide dependable staffing support while helping caregivers find rewarding opportunities.Position OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dependable CBRF Caregivers for contract opportunities in La Crosse, Wisconsin.In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care, and support their overall health, safety, and well-being in an assisted living environment.Candidates should be comfortable working in assisted living and memory care settings, including floating between units as needed. Responsibilities may include medication administration or direct resident care, depending on facility needs and individual qualifications.Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines.
• Provide compassionate care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings.
• Administer medications when authorized, trained, and assigned.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
• Float between assisted living and memory care units as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or CBRF settings preferred.
• Wisconsin CBRF training and certifications required, including:
  • Standard Precautions
  • Fire Safety
  • First Aid and Choking
  • Medication Administration and Management
• Ability to provide medication assistance or administration within the scope of training and facility requirements.
• Comfortable working with residents who have dementia or memory-related conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare teams.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to float between units as needed.
• Ability to meet facility background check and onboarding requirements.
