- Perform anodizing and metal plating operations according to established procedures.
- Prepare metal parts for processing through cleaning, masking, rinsing, and inspection.
- Load and unload parts onto racks and fixtures for anodizing and finishing.
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks throughout the plating operation.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Maintain chemical tanks, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Complete production and quality documentation as required.
- Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as assigned.
- Previous anodizing, metal plating, manufacturing, or metal finishing experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around chemicals and production equipment while following safety protocols.
