Returns/Rework Associate

Returns & Rework Associate (Warehouse) Job Summary Earn $17/hr working at a manufacturing facility in Clearfield, UT. As a Returns & Rework Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in inspecting and restoring returned products to sellable condition — with every Friday off. What You'll Do 

• Offload incoming returned product and load reworked product for outbound shipment
• Inspect and disposition returned items, reworking product to "A" or "B" stock condition based on quality standards
• Palletize and shrink-wrap finished product for storage or shipment
• Identify and dispose of scrap material appropriately
• Work alongside the Returns team on the rework line to meet daily throughput goals
• Record rework activity and inventory details using computer programs and paper logs

 What You Bring Required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
• Steel-toed shoes (required on day one)
• Reliable attendance — this team counts on you showing up
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

 Preferred

• Previous warehouse, returns, or rework experience
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Familiarity with quality inspection or grading processes
