Coolant Mechanic

Location: Mark, IL
Pay: $19.00-21.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift
Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in the Mark, IL area and is seeking a reliable Coolant Mechanic to join their team. This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining coolant systems, monitoring fluid levels, and supporting production equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and service coolant systems throughout the facility
• Check coolant concentration levels and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine fluid changes and system cleanouts
• Troubleshoot coolant-related equipment issues
• Maintain pumps, filters, hoses, and related components
• Keep accurate maintenance records and reports
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Previous maintenance, mechanic, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
