Electrical Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Electrical Assistant Project Manager in San Antonio, Texas is between $82,000 and $105,000.

Electrical Assistant Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in the overall planning, scheduling and administration of assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with owner contract, assist with buyouts in accordance with company policy.  
• Assist with site specific safety policy, quality program, site logistics plan, punch list process.  
• Coordination of document owner training, preparation of O&M manuals and warranties.  
• Assist with the management of project costs relative to budget, management of schedule updates.  
• Participation in project planning meetings, help identify risk to cost and schedule.  
• Assist in preparation of monthly status reports.  

Electrical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager overseeing new-build large commercial and industrial construction projects with an Electrical Contractor.
• Must be comfortable with assisting scheduling, production, productivity analysis, change orders, billing project planning, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
