ELECTRICAL ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Assistant Project Manager in Dallas, Texas.
Electrical Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Assistant Project Manager is between $85,000 and $100,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Electrical Assistant Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in development of project schedule and QC program.
- Help ensure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professional within budget and timelines.
- Assist with buyout process, site specific safety program, QC program, and site logistics plan.
- Oversee and participate in punch list process.
- Document owner training.
- Manage and develop customer and subcontractor relationships.
- Prepare O&M Manuals and warranties.
- Manage schedule updates.
- Attend and participate in project planning meetings.
- Identify project risks that could affect cost, schedule, or quality.
- Assist in the preparations of monthly project status reports.
Electrical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within construction (as a Project Engineer or higher) on new-build large commercial and industrial projects with an electrical contractors.
- Must have at least 1 year experience within electrical construction as an Electrical Assistant Project Manager.
- Job stability.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- College Degree
