What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team.

• Help develop, plan, and promote new programs and services.

• Share knowledge and clinical expertise through staff in-services.

• Contribute to the overall operation and success of the outpatient department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality patient care.

• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
