What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and functional goals.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services across outpatient, inpatient, and Home Health settings as assigned.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery, mobility, and independence.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.

• Collaborate with rehabilitation colleagues to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Help develop and improve therapy programs and services.

• Participate in staff education and present in-services as needed.

• Contribute to the effective operation of the rehabilitation department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
