- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm clinic with call coverage
- Avg 6 patients per day per provider
- Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
- Shared call with CNM support -- physician handles out-of-scope cases
- 20 - 30 births per month -- roughly 1/3 are C-sections
- Procedures: vacuum, forceps, circumcisions, C-sections, deliveries
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
