Experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a 13-week local contract in Harrison Township, New Jersey. • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2300-$2400

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience required, preferably in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
• Active New Jersey RN license or compact state eligibility, if applicable
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Current certifications as required by the facility and unit standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and support timely treatment interventions
• Monitor patient status, document clinical findings, and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to physician orders and nursing standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
