Job description
Join a dedicated team of ER Registered Nurses in a fast-paced urgent care and emergency department setting. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, providing continuity and the chance to master night shift routines. As part of this role, you'll manage adult and pediatric patients with common urgent and emergency complaints, utilizing your clinical expertise in a supportive but busy environment. You'll be expected to work with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, and your responsibilities may include triage, conscious sedation, and charge nurse duties, where applicable. This facility values experienced nurses with at least two years of relevant experience and provides a friendly environment to enhance your skills, especially if you possess certifications like ACLS, BCLS, PALS, and TNCC.
