Assembly Line Production Associate

Peru, IL Pay: $16.50
Shift: 1st Shift
Start Times: Between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Assembly Line Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Peru, IL. This position involves placing parts onto a moving assembly line to prepare them for the painting process. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties

Place parts on a moving conveyor/assembly line for painting
Ensure parts are properly positioned for the paint process
Monitor product quality and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Assist with other production duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Reliable transportation and attendance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environments
