If you have progressive die setup experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is an outstanding direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits and employee ownership. 💲 Pay: Starting at $25 to $28/hour
🕒 Schedule:
✔ Experience with progressive dies and stamping presses
✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

💲 Pay: Starting at $25 to $28/hour
🕒 Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime available on Fridays (½ day)
- Direct Hire Position
- Set up and change over progressive dies on stamping presses
- Remove and install dies while ensuring proper alignment
- Adjust feed mechanisms and press settings
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot stamping equipment during production
- Complete setup documentation and production paperwork
- Ensure parts meet quality specifications before full production begins
