NOW HIRING: 2nd & 3rd Shift Rubber Press Operators Middlefield, Ohio $16.00/Hour + Unlimited OvertimeThis is a 45 day temp to hire positionOnce hired the pay will increase to $18,25Neff-Perkins Company, a leading custom molder of silicone, rubber, and plastic components, is hiring Second and Third Shift Press Operators to join our production team in Middlefield, OH.If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work — we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:
What You’ll Do:
- Operate rubber molding presses (injection, compression, transfer)
- Load raw materials and remove finished parts from presses
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Remove defective parts and maintain accurate production counts
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Comfortable with repetitive production work
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Reliable attendance

- Overtime available (and unlimited!)
- $16.00 per hour starting pay
- Time and a half on Saturdays
