Job description

🎨 NOW HIRING: Powder Coating Operator 🎨💰 Pay: $20–$22/hr
📍 Location: Aurora, OH
📅 Type: Contract-to-Hire🕒 Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Mon–Thurs) (must train on 1st shift)
Weekend Shift:
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

🎯 What You’ll Do:

Operate powder coating / paint equipment
Load materials into machines and remove finished product
Perform quality inspections
Use spray painting techniques to ensure proper coating

🖌️ Requirements:

6 months–1 year of spray painting experience (auto, industrial, or residential)
Familiarity with a paint gun is required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
