General Laborer

Our client is growing rapidly, and we are hiring motivated individuals to join their production team! We are currently seeking  associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is critical to packaging operations, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and interested in a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Pay Range: $14-$15.50/hr
Schedules: 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 rotating schedule

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM 
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM 
• Week one: (Work 2 days, off 2 days, then work 3 days).
• Week two: (Off for 2 days, work 2 days, then off 3 days).

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack finished plastic bags into cartons according to quality standards.
• Inspect finished products and report quality concerns.
• Form cartons, apply labels, and complete required documentation.
• Weigh, number, and stack finished cases onto pallets.
• Assist operators with roll changes as needed.
• Perform safety and quality checks throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all job safety analyses (JSAs), policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and work instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 12+ hours.
• Regular lifting and carrying of 10–50 lbs.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, and bending.
• Repetitive motions, reaching, and grasping throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
