Job description
Our client is growing like crazy, and we are hiring new folks for our team! We’re currently seeking Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in packaging operations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work as part of a team in a dynamic production setting.
Shift Schedule:

- Day shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Night shift: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Pack dry goods and finished products according to production standards.
- Assemble boxes and packaging materials as required.
- Use a glue gun to secure packaging and product components.
- Place products onto production lines for processing and packaging.
- Assist with general assembly line responsibilities as assigned.
- Work additional hours as needed to complete production orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to perform repeated bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
