Number of Beds - 3 ORs for Spine and Joint
9 for Spine and Joint and 4 for our International Hip Preservation Center
• Number of Staff - 60
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift - one Charge RN, one Unit Secretary, we staff 8-11 rooms on a daily basis. Mon-Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are call only.
• Night Shift - Night call is from 5P - 11P, Monday thru Friday, No overnight required.
• Patient Ratios - N/A
• Type of equipment - Spines and Joints
• EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: CST, Surgical Tech
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Minimum 6 months current hospital CST experience
• BLS
• DORA and NBSTA Certifications must be currently active
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Spine Scrub experience
• Joint Scrub experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Spine Fusions, ALIFS, All Spine Cases
• Total Joint Replacement
