Job description
CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH: Construction Executives – Electrical Construction
Location: Washington, D.C. Region
Positions Available: 2–3
Compensation: $180,000–$290,000 base + up to 25% bonus
Delta Construction Partners has been retained by a well-established electrical contractor to identify experienced Construction Executives for its growing Washington, D.C. operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight across multiple large-scale projects
- Lead P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and job tracking
- Oversee Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
- Partner closely with field leadership to drive safe, profitable project execution
- Develop teams and strengthen operational performance
Ideal Background
- At least 10 years of experience at the Project Manager level or above
- Strong electrical construction operations and leadership experience
- Proven success managing large commercial projects
- Experience in healthcare, aviation, higher education, institutional, or similarly complex markets
- Ability to oversee multiple teams, projects, and financial objectives
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $180,000–$290,000
- Bonus potential up to 25%
- Monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement
