Assembly Associate Job Summary Join our team as an Assembly Associate earning $19/hour! Work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production and assembly operations. What You'll Do • Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards • Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures • Inspect parts and completed products for quality and accuracy • Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain clean and organized work areas • Support production goals while maintaining attention to detail • Work collaboratively with team members across departments • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Additional Information • Employees will rotate through different areas and will be cross-trained across multiple positions based on operational needs • Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure product quality and accuracy What You Bring Required: • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the majority of the shift • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift • Positive attitude and reliable attendance Preferred: • Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment • Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to different work areas • Strong organization and time management skills Schedule & Shift Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay & Compensation $19.00 per hour 1 REASONS YOU’LL LOVE WORKING FOR YES!
