Job Description
This 13-week travel contract is designed for an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist to support heart, vascular, and endovascular procedures in Grand Forks, North Dakota. You will prepare case setups, maintain sterile and aseptic technique, handle specialized instruments and equipment, and anticipate the surgical team’s needs throughout each procedure.
Responsibilities include assisting with circulating duties, caring for and operating surgical equipment, maintaining supplies and procedure cards, supporting on-call cases, and helping orient second heart scrubs. The role also includes working with complex life-saving devices and equipment, as well as bronchoscopy and EGD equipment. Candidates should have at least two years of cardiovascular operating room experience, prior travel experience, BLS certification, and the required North Dakota credential or compact-state authorization.
