Job Description
This 13-week travel assignment is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a medical-surgical telemetry role focused on cardiac and pulmonary care. Working 12-hour night shifts, you will care for adult patients with conditions such as stroke, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac catheterization needs.
The role includes telemetry monitoring, post-operative cardiac catheterization care, titration of cardiac drips, and interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. You may float to other departments, including providing support in the emergency department. This assignment requires ACLS, BLS, NIH certification, telemetry experience, and familiarity with Cerner. Every other weekend is required, with no call obligations.
